Ezra came highly recommended by several colleagues for employment agreements, and they were right - he's great! He was able to review my case in a short amount of time and was easy to get in contact with throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain things in plain language so that I could effectively advocate for myself later in negotiations. I felt comfortable asking questions throughout the process. He also gave pointers on how to negotiate in good faith, but he was willing to negotiate on a client's behalf, if preferred.
