I found Ezra's group via Google reviews when I was in the process of contract negotiations assessing a medical group coming straight out of a surgical fellowship. Ezra was very approachable, easy to work with, and flexible at working with my timeline. He provided good insight into questions I should consider that I would not have thought to ask, and he made sure I fully understood the terms of my contract. He also guided me through the process of contract negotiations to make sure I had everything I wanted in my contract as well as minimal exposure to risk. Ezra came highly recommended by several colleagues for employment agreements, and they were right - he's great! He was able to review my case in a short amount of time and was easy to get in contact with throughout the process.
