After graduating from Harvard University and Harvard Law School, Ezra served for more than a decade as a litigator in some of the most prominent law firms in New York and California. In 2009, Ezra moved home to Massachusetts, shifted his focus entirely to counseling healthcare professionals, practice groups, and startups, and founded The Reinstein Law Firm.
In a short time, he gained a reputation as a truly outstanding attorney for doctors, group practices, and healthcare businesses. Ezra is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New York. He lives in Framingham with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he practices Brazilian jiu jitsu and mixed martial arts.
David is a seasoned attorney who has focused his career on regulatory, transactional, and fraud-and-abuse issues in the healthcare sector. He has practiced for 26 years since earning his JD (magna cum laude) from The National Law Center at George Washington University, and his MBA from Temple University.
Over the course of his career, David has been (among other things) an equity partner at a 900-lawyer firm in Washington, DC, and Senior Vice President/General Counsel for a major medical center in Georgia. He has represented many types of healthcare clients throughout the United States including Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP), primary care clinics, individual hospitals, hospital systems, healthcare insurance underwriters, partial hospitalization programs, home health providers, and durable medical equipment suppliers. He has extensive experience with physician contracting (he served as Physicians Contract Manager for a large charitable hospital center in Florida), Stark Law/Anti-Kickback Statute compliance, healthcare mergers and acquisitions, Medicare reimbursement, fraud and abuse laws, and many other areas of healthcare law.
David enjoys race-walking, bicycling, weightlifting, pickleball, and crossword puzzles. David is licensed to practice in Maryland and Washington, DC.
